26 Jun Outstanding Team Performance
High performance teaming can be achieved when teams recognise they are too far into the need to complete the task and have taken their eye off the need to look at the effect they may be having on each other. Our brains are wired not just for problem solving, but also for social connection. We need to be recognised, listened to, understand fully what is expected of us and be treated fairly within the team. On occasion, in the rush of the task, these things are missed and can cause long term damage to the teams performance if not addressed. Haywood-Matty will work with your team to sensitively ensure both parts of your brain are being fed through regular (usually every 2 months) sessions to check on the teams ‘process’ not just ‘task’ performance. Then see performance lift!
